CHAC's COVID-19 Precautions
CHAC takes the safety of all our staff and everyone who visits us very seriously so we have taken steps to ensure that CHAC is as safe as possible now that the office is open and most legal restrictions have been lifted. On this page we outline the steps we have taken and what we will be asking you to do when you visit us for the safety of everyone. The key points and requirements are bullet pointed below:
- We are operating an appointment only system, if you do not have an appointment you will not be able to get advice
- Whilst it is not required we would ask that if you can you wear a face covering (we can provide these) and also that you santise your hands on entry to the office
- Where possible please attend your appointment alone, if you have to bring someone with you please bring only one other person
- We would ask that you still try and maintain a 1m social distancing from our staff where possible
- We will try and only allow one person into the office at a time. If you arrive early you may not be allowed into the office until just before your appointment time to help avoid overcrowding and aid social distancing
- Please be aware our staff may be wearing face coverings, we appreciate this may be intimidating but it's for everyone's safety, your own as well as ours
Please bear with us during this transitional period. We are doing our best to continue to provide our services to you as safely as possible during this next phase of the pandemic. If you have any other concerns regarding visiting CHAC either before, during or after your visit please do get in touch and we will do our best to address them. Our main priority is the safety of everyone.
